We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, our policy allows you 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate the process.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without first receiving approval, as they will not be accepted.
For customers outside the United States, please note that shipping times may be longer due to international shipping regulations and customs processing.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and correct it as quickly as possible.
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please get in touch.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping fees and service charges are non-refundable. If an item is returned in a condition different from its original state, a restocking fee may apply. Restocking fees vary based on the condition of the item and start at 0%.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and then make a new purchase separately once the return is approved.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
