Additionally, we guarantee that all products will perform as advertised on our website. If an item does not meet these standards, customers must notify us in writing or by phone, so we can address the issue through repair or replacement, depending on the severity of the defect as determined by our technicians. Once the issue is resolved, our obligations under this warranty are considered fulfilled.
Warranty Coverage
General Warranty:
All products listed on our website are covered under this warranty.
Hydraulic bases are covered for a period of one year against defects due to normal use, excluding extensive wear and tear.
Electronic appliances, such as hot irons, blow dryers, box dryers, facial steamers, and skincare machines, are covered for six months. This warranty excludes damages caused by water, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or mishandling.
Warranty Period:
The warranty period starts from the date the product ships from our warehouse.
For items no longer covered under our warranty, customers can purchase replacement parts separately. However, doing so will not extend the original warranty period.
Manufacturer’s Warranty:
Once the BlackStar Beauty warranty has expired, the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, will be the sole remedy available to the customer. Customers are responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly for any repairs or replacements.
Warranty Claim Procedure
Within 30 Days:
If a product needs repair or replacement within 30 days of purchase, BlackStar Beauty will provide a return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
After 30 Days:
For items requiring repair or replacement after 30 days, customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse.
Repair Process:
If a product is returned for repair, this process does not extend the original warranty period. We will attempt to repair the item before considering replacement, as per the terms of this warranty.
Electric Tools:
For defects in electric tools, we will assist with the repair or replacement process within 30 days of purchase. Beyond this period, customers must contact the product manufacturer directly.
Local Drop-Offs
For local customers, products can be brought in for repair. Please note that there is a minimum wait time of 24 hours. As per our policy, we will first attempt to repair the item before offering a replacement.
